Your questions, answered
Connect to Strava to import your activity, or upload a GPX file exported from Garmin, AllTrails, OS Maps or another compatible app or GPS device. For a map of the path you actually walked, use your recorded activity where possible.
Yes—open your activity on the Garmin Connect website and export it as a GPX file. Upload that file to our map builder, then choose your style and personalise the details.
Yes—sign in to the AllTrails website on a computer, open your recorded activity and choose “Download route” from the three-dot menu. Select GPX Track, then upload the downloaded file to our map builder.
Yes—export your saved route as a GPX file, then upload it to our map builder. GPX export requires an OS Maps Premium subscription.
Choose your map style and customise the title, text, labels and route details. Preview your design as you go, then choose the print size and framing that suit your space.
Yes—you can save your design and return to it later to make changes or place your order. There’s no need to finish everything in one sitting.
Each print is made to order. Please allow around 1–4 working days for production before dispatch. Framed prints can occasionally take up to seven working days.
Delivery time is additional and depends on your location and chosen shipping method. Free worldwide delivery uses our economy service. If you choose a faster delivery option, this speeds up shipping once your print is ready; production time still applies.
